NOTE: The system provides a 30 minute interval to allow payment of a minimum of 580 PER ROOM or full amount to reserve the booking. Failure to pay the minimum
amount after the 30 minutes interval, the booking is allocated to the next customer
How To Book Room

1. Go to Home
2. Enter your name,telephone and email address
3. Tick terms and conditions checkbox
4. Click Book Room
5. A reference number (NUPxxxxx) is generated please note it
6. Select the date and time for the meeting
7. Enter meeting detail Example : John and Mary
8. Click Add Booking
9. Do not exit the booking page yet.

How To Pay

1. Go to m-pesa on your phone. Select Paybill no. 932800. Account no. (Use the generated NUPxxxxx in point 5 above). Amount (as indicated on the booking made)
2. Once paid, click add payment
3. Enter the Amount paid and Mpesa code
4. Click Add payment

How To manage A booking

1. Go to Home
2. Click Manage Booking
3. Provide your Reference Number
4. Search
